What are Cataracts?

Cataracts are when your lens becomes cloudy. Cataracts are natural when ageing, they are common to people over 60. Cataracts develop in both eyes, but not always at the same rate, meaning one eyes vision could be more blurry than the other. Cataracts could be dangerous. You could be involved in accidental injuries, not being able to see your family or friends and even blindness. Some signs that you might have cataracts is increasing difficulty seeing at night, sensitivity to light and glare, need for brighter light if you are reading or doing activities, seeing halos around lights, frequent changes in eyeglass or contact lenses, fading or yellowing of colors and double vision in a single eye.
